2nd International Conference on Education Osasco

The 2nd Osasco International Conference on Education (ICE), whose theme is Curriculum to the people that educates, intends to continue to foster the participation of teachers, managers, employees, and other professionals working in the field of education, students, family members, as well as researchers and the public in general in the debate and study of education-related themes.
The 2nd Conference brings some changes in is format by proposing established sessions for poster presentations, besides oral presentations and the presence of a speaker discussing the theme and commenting on the presentations.
As for the programme, it will include an opening lecture, in which the central theme will be discussed; on the second and third days there will be two more lectures, 20 different thematic panels and a round table discussing Early Childhood Education.
The International Conference on Education is an initiative of Osasco Department of Education, in partnership with Instituto Paulo Freire, Instituto Ciência Hoje and Associação Mais Diferenças. It is a training event offered by the of Osasco public school system, it is open to the community and the general public, which reinforces the concept/challenge of Osasco City Hall in offering a high quality public education in the 3rd largest city in São Paulo State.
